How do I get an account?

Do you provide a test login?
Yes. We do provide a guest login for our customers to test their scene files.

Do i need to install your client application on my machine?
No. Our tool SPARX is a complete web based tool. SPARX can be used to access the renderfarm from any corner of the world. You can also access the renderfarm using your mobile phones.

How do you charge for the usage?

How does this work?
You can upload your files using the login provided by us to www.renderarm.com/sparx.

How are you different from other Remote Render Facilities?
At present we are the only Remote Render Service provide in India. Our tool uses GRID ENGINE in the backend for distributing jobs to our renderfarm. We are the pioneers to bring HPC to the Animation, VFX and Gaming industry in India. You can read more about GRID COMPUTING here

Apart from uploading files is there any other method for sending the data for render?
Yes. You can also send the data by HDD or DVD to our office and we'll do the renders and send the data back to you.

How can I get my output images?
The render images can be downloaded from the web interface. We also support transfer of data on other media like hard drives or DVDs

Do you sign a NDA?
Yes. We do sign an NDA.

How safe is my data with you?
Security is a primary concern for us as we respect the work of our customers. All the data from our customers are treated highly confidential. Since the rendering method is completely automated we don’t see the scenes uploaded by our customer, unless if there is a request from the customer.

Are you a studio on your own?
No. We are not a production house or a studio. We only provide services and support to all the production houses and studios.

What are the applications you support?
At present we are supporting only Autodesk MAYA, Autodesk 3dsMAX. If you have specific requirement please mail and we can provide support for the same.

How do I render scenes created with my custom plug-in?
You can mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it along with the plug-in and the license (if required) used. We’ll install the same and you take advantage of the renderfarm.

What are the other services you provide?
We provide troubleshooting and file optimization if requested by our customers.

What are the modes of payment?
Payments are accepted by cheque and wire transfer.
